Tour Description:

In the morning you will be picked up at your hotel. From your hotel it is a 45 minute drive to Pame, a village west of Pokhara. Pame is a typical farming villages surrounded by many rice and paddy fields. Depending on the season you can see the villagers working on the land either watering, planting or cutting the paddy. Itís a fascinating sight to see the farmers working on their fields.

From Pame we follow the Harpan river upstream. Most of the farmers depend on this river as the canalise the water to irrigate their fields. Also the mighty Phewa like finds its origin from this calmly flowing river. After following the river for a while we leave the plains and start our hike uphill. The higher we go the more small farm villages we pass on the way. With every step upward our views on Pokhara, Phewa Lake and the Himalaya peaks become more fascinating, thus energising us for the next steps upwards.

Once on the peak we will walk back to Pokhara on the south side of the Phewa Lake.
